Our Philosophy
At ASOR Mentoring Network, we believe that potential is equally distributed, but opportunity is not. Every young person, regardless of their background or circumstances, possesses unique talents, abilities, and aspirations. However, unequal access to quality education, mentorship, professional networks, and economic opportunities often limits their ability to reach their full potential.
We exist to bride this gap by creating opportunities that empower individuals to engage, co-learn, grow, and succeed. Through mentorship, coaching, capacity building and training and networking opportunities, we help young people build the mental strength, capabilities and confidence they need to shape their own futures and contribute to Africa’s development.

Our Flagship Program-Level Up
“Level Up” is ASOR Mentoring Network’s flagship annual mentorship and coaching program, designed to inspire and empower young people with leadership, entrepreneurial, and personal development skills to reach their highest potential. “Level Up” creates an environment and a learning platform for both engage graduates and non-graduate youth to share ideas, information, and knowledge, as well as network with accomplished professionals and entrepreneurs.
